OPI Makes a line cellad Suade, the shade Russian Navy is very similar to the Alpha Matte’s. Same trick, no top coat. Although you can now buy Matte top coats.
Desperately waiting for this page contents… I am new to nail art, doesn’t have many tools but planning to buy some basic tools so that i can start having fun with my nails.

Where can I get the tools like the So easy double up detailing/dotting nail brush and various sized dotting tools??
We purchased the dotting tool with brush combo at Sally Beauty. We purchased the different size dotting tools online, because our local beauty supply only had the standard size – Amazon.com was great, under $20 for everything.
