“Modern glamour with a woodsy feel” – an absolute perfect description of USA based nail polish company Sheswai. We keep seeing their bottles pop up on some of our favourite websites (the Zoe Report included), & couldn’t wait to try them out. First & foremost we are DYING over the wood caps – such a unique design & plastic reducer! Each shade has an adorable name – ex. So Cute, Sugarkiss & their lookbook fashion shoots look like a magical hippie/fairyland (can we be invited?)  Sheswai’s website even includes tutorials – really, what more could you ask for?

Stoked – this deep teal shade had us stoked (too easy). This colour applied like a dream, barely needing two coats aka. almost painting itself. The medium turquoise creme has an almost grey base & is perfect for those who don’t want a loud summer shade.

Honeyfox – this true crimson red also applied almost fully opaque with one coat, just needed a light second to touch up some holes. We’re always looking for a basic red that doesn’t fall into the blue undertone category and we think we’ve found it! Long nails have obviously made a huge comeback & with them the re-rise of red has also happened.

Can you be in love with a company? Because we love Sheswai! Besides the ridiculously adorable packaging & bottles they sent these products with a handwritten(!!) note – that goes a long way in a world of big business! Sheswai lacquer can be purchased directly on their site here for $16.00 each.  Follow them on Twitter, Facebook & Instagram to see all the things they’re up to! What colour will you be wearing – a creme teal or a crimson red?

These product(s) were sent to us for review, please read our disclosure policy for more information.
